A domain name is a word or group of characters associated with an IP (Internet
Protocol) number that provides an easier way for people to remember a web site's
location on the Internet. Basically, it's a unique address on the web that
exists to help other people (including potential customers) find you easily.

When you register a .com, .net, or .org domain dame with
ICDomainNames.com,
your fee is an incredibly low $20 per year. Other top-level domain names (.co.uk
.cc, .cx, .nu etc.) have slightly different registration fees.

With our extended registration service, you can register your domain name for
up to 10 years.

The simplest way to register your domain name is through ICDomainNames.com.
First you should look to see if the domain name you want is available. Our
Regular
Lookup function of our
Global
Lookup Tool can do this. After you've found the domain name you want, go
ahead and fill out the
registration
form and we'll take care of the rest.

Internet Connection has a domain name services site that offers many useful
tools for people having a hard time finding a domain name. Of the domain name
tools you'll find on
ICDomainNames.com,
the
Domain
Name Generator and
Global
Lookup Tool are perhaps the most useful when first registering a domain. The DNG uses your input to generate
a list of available domain names and the Global Lookup will let you know what
domain name extensions are available for your query.

Internet Connection can host domain names with any extension. We currently
host sites with extensions including .nu, .to, .co.uk and many more.

In order to be able to offer the low $20/year registration fee we need to have
the registration fee paid when the domain is registered. If you have a credit
card this is easy, if not you can
contact
us to make other arrangements.

"Parking" a domain name simply means that you are reserving it for your use
but not actually activating it.

Yes, there are close to 300 TLDs (Top Level Domains) currently and the number
continues to increase. Most of these domain names can only be registered by
persons or organizations residing within that country, but some have an open
registration policy. Registration fees for these domain names vary greatly
and we are currently compiling information so that we may give you full details
on each top-level domain name.

Transferring your domain name to Internet Connection is very simple and quite
painless. Simply fill out the
domain
name transfer form and we'll take care of the rest!

If you need to modify any of your contact infomation or any other information
regarding your domain name you should use this web-based
control
panel.
