Verizon DSL Outage

This morning we've received a number of phonecalls from customers using Verizon DSL service who cannot access their websites and/or email on the Internet Connection network. Many of these customers also cannot access websites such as Ebay.com.

We're unsure of the exact cause of the problem but we have confirmed that it is on Verizon's network. Their DSL status page:

does not contain any information about the issue today but their automated DSL support line does state that there is a problem, that they are aware of it, and that engineers are working to solve it.

As this problem is not on our network, your website is still visisble to others not using Verizon DSL and you are still receiving email.
